Pre-orders may not be cancelled or edited after the order has been placed. There is no option (at this time) for expedited shipping or local pick up for pre-orders.
Items eligible for return:
Unworn, unwashed, and clean items can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of package delivery or for a store credit within 14 days. Store credits do not expire.
Items not eligible for return:
Items marked Final Sale or items that are worn, washed, dirty, or ruined cannot be returned. All accessories are final sale. Items purchased at pop up shops are final sale.
For full refund: within 10 days of delivery. Store credit: within 14 days of delivery. We track this date based on shipping companies proof of delivery.
How to return:
Domestic Orders: 1- Securely package return. 2- Include order form. 3- Stick provided pre-paid label on the outside 4- Drop off at your local USPS dropbox, post office or straight to your mailman.
International Orders: are responsible for own return shipping. When shipping a return without our label, make sure you receive tracking and insurance. Eliyas is not responsible for lost packages and will only offer refunded for stolen packages if you can show proof of delivery to our office.
Please Note: We will not accept damaged products that happened in transit, unless due to extreme weather conditions. There is a $5 restocking fee if order form is not included. Do not combine two orders into one return.
Receiving Refund or Store Credit:
We process all returns within 10-14 business days. All orders are refunded in same form of payment that was used to place the order. Shipping costs are non refundable. A $9 fee will be deducted if the return label we provided was used. Reach out if that time passed and you did not yet receive a refund. Store credit will be sent via email.
What happens if I ship my return out on time but you receive it too late?
We can see when the packaged was scanned by shipping company. That is the date we honor. If it is within a reasonable time for us to normally receive it (given your location) without delays , we will still accept the return. If you do not use the return label provided by Eliyas, make sure you have tracking for your return to show us date you shipped it in the event of a shipping delay.
Can I create my own return label?
Yes. Domestic orders that choose to use their own shipping method must ensure you can supply us with tracking info in the event that your return is delayed in transit. We will only honor a delayed return if there is proof it was shipped within correct timeframe. We are not responsible for lost returns, so we also recommend opting for insurance.
Is there a drop off option for returns?
Yes. Our office address is 1057 Broadway, Woodmere NY. There is a black mailbox for returns. How should I package a drop off return?
1- Fully sealed shipping package 2- Order form included inside 3- Order number and full name provided on the outside of the package.
If the order is dropped off without these steps, your return will not be accepted. We do not offer pick up option for orders.
I live locally, do you offer pick up options for orders?
No, we do not.
What happens if my return is denied?
We will ship it back to you. If it is a large or international order, we will not cover the cost to ship it back. We will notify you via email that the return was denied. We will give up to 14 days to pay the shipping invoice. We do not accept pick ups for denied returns.
Will I be notified if my return was denied?
No. Our policies are extremely clear. If you know you will need an exception or extension, it is the customers responsibility to email us ahead of time so we can work with you to the best of our ability. We will only reach out if 1- You did not use our return label to see if there was an extensive shipping delay 2- We send invoice to cover shipping costs for return.
Why was my return denied?
Eliyas Label maintains the right to deny returns in any of the following situations: 1- Unsatisfactory condition of an item 2- Returns past the allotted time 3- Items that are ineligible for return. Do not place orders if you plan to be out of town and cannot return within allotted time. Do not place order on final sale products if you plan to return them.
How are refunds processed?

Can I make an exchange?
Eliyas does not offer exchanges at this time.
What happens if my order was stolen or lost?
Unfortunately, once a delivery is confirmed, we are no longer responsible. Customer is responsible to file a stolen/lost package claim with delivery company.
Eliyas is a small business dedicated to providing a simple and transparent shopping experience as well as quality customer care.
If a charge is disputed with the credit card company because we denied a return or a delivered package was stolen, the customer will no longer be welcome to shop Eliyas.
Eliyas works hard and prides ourselves on attention to detail and over all quality. However, if you received a damaged product- please email us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number as well as details and clear photos of the damage. If we receive a return that is damaged without hearing from the customer, we will not be able to accept the return.
Out of Stock Products
If an item from your order is out of stock, we will notify you and refund immediately. We will give 24 hours for you to respond if you would like us to send a different size/ color that is in stock. After 24 hours, we will ship the remainder of your order.
If you place two orders, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee that we will combine them. The best way to have them combined is to email us immediately with subject line “combine orders”. Provide both order numbers in the email. Again, this is not a guarantee, but we will do our best.
