Orders must be returned within 10 days of delivery date
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving, and shipped to our office within 5 days following.

Once your Return Request is approved, email us with your order # and we will send you a return label.
$9 label cost will be deducted from refund.
*Due to current bank delays: Please allow up to 14 business days from when you receive email of refund until you see it in your bank account.
We hope you’re in love with your new purchase! If you decide an item is not right for you, please click the link below to begins the returns process.
All items must arrive at our returns department, in pristine condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unscented (no perfume, deodorant or makeup stains.) Please be mindful of delicate fabrics, we will not accept anything with snags or pulls. Items must be returned with all original tags and labels attached and with the receipt - within 10 days of receiving.
If you are quarantined, please email us and we will be happy to send you a return label. Cost is $9 (for U.S.) that we will deduct from returns refund. Sending love to you.
Eliyas Label reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet the above criteria.
If we receive damaged items or past due returns, we will contact you and hold item(s) for 48 hours only. You may provide a pre-paid shipping label within that time frame and we will ship it back to you.
If we receive a return that did not go through our returns center, there will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund. We ask that you adhere to the returns guidelines to avoid this fee.
If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. Please allow 7 business days from when we receive your package for your return to be processed, and an additional 14 days to see the refund in your bank account. Once processed, we will email you a confirmation. Please note, we do not refund original shipping costs.
Sorry girls! At the moment we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please send back your order for a refund and then place a new order. We do not refund original shipping costs.
We ship nationally via USPS. All items will be shipped within 3 business days. Please expect longer handling times during holiday season. If you need your order even faster than the expedited speed, please contact us to discuss a personalized shipping rate. International customers, we love you! All items on sale are final sale and we will not accept returns.
Promo codes and Flash sales above 20% are final sale. We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after promotion times.
When returning a part of a package deal, the price of refund will change accordingly. We do not recommend purchasing packages and returning part of order solely for price savings, we do not honor original package price.
