Q. Do you have a physical space where I can shop Eliyas Label in person?

A. No. We do host occasional studio hours to try on in person. Keep your eyes on our Instagram and sign up for emails to be in the know. 
 

Q. Do you have a phone number I can call to place an order or just chat about Eliyas Label?

A. We do not have a phone number right now, but send us an email at eliyaslabel@gmail.com and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible!

 

Q. My size/color combo is sold out :( Will you be restocking?

A. We try to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out. However, some items are limited edition and once they are gone, they are gone for good. So snap that piece up girl! Please note items marked “limited edition” are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we do! Please know that you will be responsible for any duties/taxes incurred by customs.

 

Q. How do I purchase a gift for someone?

A. Please reach out to us at eliyaslabel@gmail.com and we will send you an individualized gift code.  

 

Q. What if I received an item that was damaged or incorrect?

A. Oh no! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at eliyaslabel@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take it from there!
