Q. Why will my order take 7 business days to ship?

A. We are committed to minimizing our overhead costs and employee hours, enabling us to contribute more funds to The Purpose Project. 

 

Q. Do you have a physical space where I can shop Eliyas Label in person?

A. No.

We do host occasional studio hours to try on in person. Keep your eyes on our Instagram and sign up for emails to be in the know. 

 

Q. Does Eliyas or The Purpose Project have a phone number I can call?

A. We do not have a phone number.

Q. The item I want is sold out :( Will you be restocking?

A. We try to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out. However, all items in The Archives (coming soon) will not be restocked.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we do!

Please know that you will be responsible for any duties/taxes incurred by customs.

 

Q. What if I received an item that was damaged or incorrect?

A. Oh no! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at eliyaslabel@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take it from there!
